Mandatory internal regulations for scenario simulation 2026

These internal regulations establish the rules for the conduct of the game during scenarios. Purpose: safety, clarity in the application of the rules and fluidity in the refereeing. The organizers and referees have full authority for the application and interpretation of these regulations.
1. Always treat all replicas as if they were loaded and lethal.
2. Always keep the replica pointed in a safe direction.
3. Always keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire.
4. If you encounter civilians on the playing field, loudly announce “CIVIL WARNING!”
5. All players are required to acknowledge the hit of any ball that has touched them, regardless of the area of the body; the ball received in the airsoft replica also requires the player to declare himself eliminated.
6. The player declared “dead” will not disclose information regarding the objectives (enemies, strategic objectives, etc.) and will not speak in any way to other teammates still in the game. This rule is applicable to non-verbal signs as well.
7. Eye protection (airsoft goggles) is mandatory for the entire duration of the presence on the playing field; without protection, the playing area will not be entered.
8. Wearing a reflective vest/equipment is mandatory for referees and collaborators.
9. Handling replicas: finger off the trigger until the intended moment of shooting; replicas loaded only on the playing field.
10. Blind-fire is prohibited (firing at the enemy without taking the target in the sights)
11. Firing through obstacles towards enemies is prohibited.
12. Cross-fire disputes are prohibited; in this case both players will go to the nearest respawn point.
13. Firing in or from safe areas (e.g. camping areas) is strictly prohibited.
14. Do not direct shots at people in safe areas, outside the game, or at collaborators.
15. Dangerous equipment (fireworks, live ammunition, etc.) is prohibited.
16. Headlights on at night for vehicles — mandatory. Max speed 30 km/h on roads and 10 km/h in areas with many participants (see vehicle regulations).
17. Pyrotechnic devices of any kind are prohibited (smoke, torches, CO2 grenades, etc.).
18. All participants are required to comply with the instructions and direct orders given by the faction leaders.
19. It is mandatory for participants to move in a minimum of 2 people throughout the duration of the event in the area provided for its holding.
20. It is prohibited to destroy or move objects of interest (obstacles, objectives, fences, etc.) without warning.
21. The consumption of alcohol and other illegal substances is prohibited throughout the duration of the event.
22. People suspected of drinking alcohol or drugs may be eliminated from the game.
23. It is mandatory to respect the organizers, referees, players, the scenario and its rules.
24. The dead do not speak. If you are dead - do not give information to the team.
25. Only green, SINGLE-FIRE replicas are allowed inside buildings or forts.
26. Hitters and immortals will be sanctioned accordingly.
27. Under no circumstances may they shoot in the camping/parking area or outside specially arranged places.
28. It is forbidden to throw garbage on the surface of the playing field. Only specially arranged places indicated by the organizers will be used.
29. The MED (Minimum Engagement Distance) will be strictly observed.
30. A knife strike will only be applied if the participant has a rubber “knife” on him/her.

32. It is forbidden to charge HPA containers or gas cylinders outside the perimeter designated by the organizers (strictly avoid the camping area).
33. It is strictly forbidden to use insults towards other participants.
34. Failure to acknowledge the “DEATH” status during the game simulation (if the spherical bullet has hit you) is strictly prohibited and is sanctioned with 15 minutes of standing still of the entire squad surrounding the participant in question, in the presence of the referee.
35. The use of airsoft replicas by a player declared “dead” in order to confuse the other active players is penalized with the temporary elimination of the entire team he is part of for 1 hour.
36. The role of “doctor”, depending on the scenario applied by the organizer, cannot be transferred to another teammate.
37. Focusing on the target and shooting at the enemy does not oblige the opposing participant to acknowledge “DEATH” if he was not hit by the spherical bullet (airsoft ball).
38. Failure to comply with the provisions made known by the organizers or referees is sanctioned by stopping or removing the participant or the entire team of which he is a member, as the case may be.
39. Failure to comply with the MED during the event is considered a serious violation of the event rules and is sanctioned by stopping the participant from playing for a period of 15 minutes, in the presence of the referee.
