As for now we have 2 small teams and 1 big one. If nothing changes, we will make 4 man teams. Combining the 2 small teams and split the big one in 2.

Do we need to have a team of 8 to join this game?

Answer,
No, 8 is the max for a team. We will make the teams even or we can play with 5 teams. There is options to work with have less people per team. A lot of options to make it work.
